PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Team Leader of Law and Development Associates (LADA), Prof. Raymond A. Atuguba, along with Mr. Berifi A. Apenteng and Kreszentia M. Duer, undertook a research exercise on the Liberia Independent Broadcasting Regulator Act and Community Broadcasting. The final report was commissioned by the World Bank and presented to the Ministry of Information of Liberia in September 2007.
