PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In February 2019, the Accountability, Rule of Law and Anti-corruption Programme (ARAP), engaged LADA to assist the Legal Aid Commission to develop a Ghanaian-tailored Policy Framework for Legal Aid in Ghana, drawing on international best practices and current transnational legal ordering in legal aid practice.
The policy, which has since been completed, will serve as a guideline for the operationalization of legal aid in Ghana.
