PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This is a Consultancy Service for the development of Legislative Instrument for the Ghana Skills Development Fund (GSDF). The Legislative Instrument will:
Provide regulations for the administration of the GSDF;
Indicate the financing sources that will make the GSDF continually functional; and
Institute structures or mechanisms for the management and sustainability of the fund.
The assignment forms part of the Ghana Jobs and Skills Project (GJSP); a project that seeks to support jobs and skills for individuals in Ghana for a period of five years. The objective of the World Bank-funded GJSP is to provide support for the Government’s prioritized skills development and job creation agenda.
