Dr. Rowland Atta-Kesson is the Team Leader of LADA and a Head of Department at the UPSA Law School.
He is an experienced lawyer with a strong grasp on issues of policy, law, human rights and development. He has about 16 years of combined experiences in the areas of legal and institutional frameworks analysis; legal education and research; project management; public policy mediation, and; legal practice. He has extensive experience in drafting and advising on contracts, proposals, negotiations, customer service techniques, and collaborating with teams with diverse background and expertise.
Prior to being the Team Leader, he served as the Executive Director of LADA, leading in the execution of the Firm’s assignments and projects. Apart from providing technical leadership for the firm’s consultancy assignments, Rowland has specifically worked on a number of consultancy assignments for LADA, providing research and technical inputs in various areas.
He holds a Doctor of Juridical Science degree from the Indiana University Maurer school of Law.
