Dr. Francis Xavier Tuokuu is an international development professional with over a decade of experience working in multiple locations in Ghana, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. His areas of expertise are sustainability, human rights, climate change policy, extractive sector governance, environmental and energy Policy, and the intersection of these topics.
Francis holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies from Antioch University, United States, a double master’s degree: MSc. in Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies from Antioch University and MSc. in Corporate Social Responsibility & Energy from The Robert Gordon University, UK. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography & Resource Development with Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Legon.
