We derive our strengths mainly from several years of working with the highest leadership and policy making individuals and institutions in Ghana including; the Government of Ghana; several key Ministries, Departments and Agencies; the Parliament; the Judiciary; and many State Agencies such as the Attorney-General's Department, the forestry Commission, the National Health Insurance Authority, the Ghana Police Service and the Ghana Prisons Service.

At LADA, we have particular expertise in performance management and the design and implementation of evaluation methodologies - covering ex ante, formative and summative approaches, utilising a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
